  • SHIPPING INFO

    We ship Monday to Friday. Any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent out the next business day.

    **PICK UPS
    We offer FREE pick up in Christchurch. Monday to Friday 9am - 3pm. Excluding Public holidays. Pick up address will be emailed to your email after purchase. 

     

    **NEW ZEALAND 
    We offer FREE tracked shipping on orders over $120 within New Zealand
    Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a signature may be required upon delivery. Please keep in mind some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we can not control. On average shipping within NZ takes up to 3 business days. Deliveries to some rural areas can take up to 5 business days within New Zealand.

     

    **AUSTRALIA DELIVERIES 

    Free DHL tracked shipping over $170NZD.

    DHL - A flat rate of $35NZD will apply and arrive within 3 business days or less. 

    Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a signature is required upon delivery, if no one is there to sign for the parcel it will be taken to the local post office. Please keep in mind some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we can not control. Please allow 5 business days to receive your order. Rural deliveries may take longer. 

     

    ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

    A flat rate of $55 NZD will apply to all orders.

    Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number and a signature is required upon delivery, if no one is there to sign for the parcel it will be taken to the local post office. Please keep in mind some deliveries can be delayed due to circumstances we can not control. Please allow 5 business days to receive your order. Rural deliveries may take longer.

    We do not take responsibility of any local customs costs and taxes that may apply. 

    Please understand that if your package goes missing after being delivered, Pixel will be not be able to process a claim on your behalf. You can manage your order through the tracking link sent to you in your tracking email. Pixel is unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery, lost parcels or stolen parcels. 

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    • Opened products cannot be returned: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened due to hygiene and safety concerns.
    • We offer a replacement on a faulty product. We must be contacted within 7days of receiving the product.  
    • Inspection before return processing: Please note that your return is not processed until we inspect the item to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria.
    • How to initiate a return: If you would like to initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at enquiries@dvspace.co.nz with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. 
    • When returning, we recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning the product.
    • Refund process: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
